We have been planning our final piece of art work for about two weeks now. We are just about ready to paint! We are painting our boards black and then covering them in raw hessian. The hessian will also be painted black. The finished art work will be stunning!

Will be Wednesaday if we can get the boards done in time! If there is spare time tomorrow - maybe you could organise to have more of the small boards painted? I can’t remember how many we need altogether. It will be 26 minus those doing a large board. See you on Wednesday. Lesley

Wow! Well done Room 12 again! I really liked the way that you can see the whole process of the art, from the artist work to seeing the progress that your students made in creating it. It makes it really interesting too see the work that has been created. A fantastic idea! It looks like you have some artwork to be really proud of!

I would love for the rest of the boards to be painted. You will have Rose tomorrow for a reliever - so ask her and tell her I said it would be OK. Make sure you work with just 2-3 others and set up with newsparer etc! We need to paint the big boards as well. I need to take the hessian off first, so they will probably have to wait until wednesday! Thanks Rosa for being so helpful.

We got 15 painted today but if I get to school early tomorrow I could do the rest if you want. Everyone bought in their science projects except some people forgot their log books.
You should see Hollys title! It’s really good except it takes up the Header bit of the board and the middle.

P.S. I hope you get better soon! If you aren’t here tomorrow do you think I should do about 10 more with some other people? because I think there is 4 or 5 doing it on a big board.
